Anxiety & Depression
Anxiety & Depression
Anxiety and depression can manifest in many ways and often show up together. While everyone can feel sad or anxious at times, it becomes important to address the issue if you find it is affecting your ability to complete daily tasks, how you interact with others, your academic life, or your sense of self.
-
I combine mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and somatic techniques to address anxiety and depression. I aim to equip my clients with tools to manage their symptoms while simultaneously addressing any underlying issues contributing to the issue. Anxiety and depression also have a high correlation with trauma. When applicable, I incorporate trauma informed techniques to address any underlying issues impacting the client.
