A life transition is a change that has a significant impact on your life. It can be big, small, planned, or unplanned. Sometimes these transitions are exciting like starting a new job or moving to a new city. They can also be prompted by distressing situations like losing a loved one, or the start of a pandemic. These changes can increase stress and cause people to struggle, feel ungrounded, or question aspects of themselves, their relationships, or their existence.

I use a cognitive and somatic approach to life transitions. I ensure my clients are equipped with the skills necessary to mange the stress and other emotions that come with the transition. I incorporate existential therapy to aid clients in exploring their values and worldview, navigating change, grounding, and identifying needs, goals, and desires in the life they are building.
